        On D-Day, June 6th 1944, about 430 pathfinders of both the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions had important missions to mark six Drop Zones (DZ), one Landing Zone (LZ) and to make them clear of all obstacles and enemy forces. To accomplish their task, they had to jump thirty minutes before some 13,100 airborne troops.

        As a Captain in the 507th regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division, it is YOUR job to make sure your designated DZ is marked, as the success of this Airborne Operation relies on your shoulders. Once on the ground gather your team and proceed with the mission objectives.

Be sure you attend the mission briefing and read the information handouts. Needless to say Captain this is a team mission make use of your men, check with them on the ground that you and them have the required equipment. (Eureka, Rebecca, Maps, Compasses and Beacons)

        Take the role of Captain Richard Winters in Easy Company - 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment - 101st Airborne Division. Lead your squad into enemy territory by making a dawn jump and secure the French town of La Trinite. The town is under heavy enemy occupation who will hold out to the end. Make sure you have filled out your life insurance forms before we leave England!

This is a very realistic mission and no MOHAA style play will get you very far. A save game feature can be used at any point by pressing 0-0-1. (but try lasting at least 5 minutes with out using it.)
